For years, the creator economy has measured success through follower count. But anyone managing talent in 2026 knows that it’s a vanity metric far removed from real impact.

Increasingly, creators are showing up as entire media companies, community managers and expert hubs. That’s exactly why we created the Creator Craft Awards, or the Crafties for short.

Debuting as part of CreatorFest, the awards are designed to recognise the work behind sustainable creator success: the creative vision, technical execution, leadership, innovation, and business acumen that separate professional creators from fleeting internet moments.

For talent managers, this is an opportunity to position your creators within an awards platform that values craft over clout.

Unlike traditional creator awards that heavily favour audience size or public voting, the Creator Craft Awards are built around professional excellence.

Our judges from brands like TikTok and Twitch are focusing on the impact behind creator success:

  • How creators build loyal communities
  • How they innovate creatively
  • How they evolve content into businesses
  • How they shape culture within their niches
  • How they lead teams, brands, and audiences responsibly

Much like the themes on our CreatorFest agenda, this award is recognition for creators who are building careers with longevity.

The awards have been structured across four key pillars designed to reflect the breadth of modern creator talent; Celebrating creators shaping culture within specific verticals from Tech and Business to Beauty, Gaming, Food, Travel, and beyond.

They also recognise technical excellence, creative innovation, creator-led entrepreneurship, and meaningful cultural or social impact.

Entries are reviewed through a rigorous multi-stage judging process by an independent panel of veteran creators, brand leaders, strategists, and industry experts. Judges are evaluating the quality of work, originality, consistency, strategic thinking, audience impact, and execution.

For managers, this creates a more credible and meaningful accolade for your roster.

Awards validation helps:

  • Strengthen creator positioning in brand negotiations
  • Differentiate talent in an increasingly crowded market
  • Reinforce long-term creator credibility
  • Elevate creators beyond social metrics alone
  • Support transition into broader media, business, and entertainment opportunities

The Creator Craft Awards were designed with the future of the industry in mind, where creators are increasingly operating as founders, production companies, and cultural leaders.

Entry is free!

We know creators and management teams are already stretched for time, so the application process is simple.

Applicants simply submit a short 2-3 minute video introduction, concisely explaining their creative journey, impact, and craft.

Importantly, the production quality of the submission itself is not being judged. We care about the substance behind the creator’s work, not how polished the application looks.

Entries close on the 29th May, so make sure to get your creators applying before the deadline. The winners will be announced at the official ceremony on Tuesday, 14 July at CreatorFest, Magazine London.

We’d love to see your talent represented! Enter now.
