Today marks a bold new step for Publicis Groupe’s partnership-based performance marketing platform, CJ, as it welcomes new Chief Executive Officer Santi Pierini.

Pierini succeeds Mayur Kshetramade, who served as CEO at CJ for over four years.

With an illustrious career spanning various cross-functional leadership roles, Pierini brings a wealth of expertise to the position, building experience at esteemed organisations like Accenture, Adobe-acquired Day Software, and the renowned Jet Propulsion Laboratory, among others.

He has also proven to be a strong leader in the affiliate space, having successfully led a performance marketing software company, CAKE, and extended his influence with another prominent player, TUNE.

At CJ, Pierini will report into Publicis Media Global CEO Talia Raviv.

Describing his enthusiasm for his new role, Pierini said, "I am excited to join the passionate team of global CJ’ers and look forward to leading this prestigious brand that has been a paradigm of respect for me throughout my career in affiliate and partnerships marketing.
“The upcoming phase for CJ promises to be an exciting journey, building upon the value we've collectively created in building a most trusted partnership-based performance marketing platform that ensures sustained, profitable growth for all stakeholders.”

We congratulate Pierini on his new position and look forward to watching CJ’s continued progress under his leadership.
