“On Friday, we gathered over 100 members of our team in Germany to share the news that Social Chain Group plans to become a public company this year and to unveil the new group logo,” said CEO Bartlett.
“Social Chain’s agency began as an innovative marketing agency and media business launched from a few co-working desks in Manchester. Over the last four years, it’s become a global marketing, media and e-commerce leader,” he continued. Barlett said the move will allow the company to improve, to invest more in the companies and to deliver more value to their clients. The process should be complete within the next few weeks. Social Chain now has offices across four continents and a team of over 700 people. It has worked with a roster of top brands such as Apple Music, Amazon, and the BBC. COO McGregor added: “This will allow us to continue to invest in the current business structure, plan further growth and look at partners to facilitate our global ambitions.”Stephen Bartlett describes himself as a “disruptive voice of the changing social and media world,” and was voted by Econsultancy as the ‘Most Influential Industry Figure’ in 2018. He regularly speaks out about influencer fraud, authenticity, and the power of influencer marketing.
