Do you want to attend for free?
Due to popular demand at our 2022 show, we will be bringing back our complimentary retailer pass scheme for IMS NYC 2023. There are a very limited number of free retail passes available, however. Passes are limited to one person per company — and only available for a restricted period of time.
We are also introducing a brand new hosted brand and retailer program that will allow those who fit into these demographics to receive up to $550 in hotel and/or travel reimbursement.
To qualify, you must be in a senior role and responsible for buying or evaluating influencer marketing technology and take up to five 15-minute meetings at the show.
Reimbursements are based on receipts sent to us after the show, and your meetings will take place at New World Stages during show hours. You won’t need to miss out on any sessions and where possible we’ll match you with sponsors that you want to meet.
