Belboon Acquired by Linehub to Strengthen European Market Presence

After filing for insolvency earlier this year, the German affiliate network now enters a new growth phase under the Linehub umbrella, preserving programmes and partner relationships.

Belboon Acquired by Linehub to Strengthen European Market Presence

After weeks of uncertainty following its insolvency filing, German affiliate network belboon GmbH has announced it is joining the Linehub collective, marking a major turnaround for one of the DACH region’s most established performance marketing players.

The acquisition sees belboon team up with Daisycon, another affiliate network under the Linehub umbrella, in a move set to bolster Linehub’s footprint in the German-speaking market and beyond.

In a joint announcement, belboon framed the development as a new chapter: “After some intense weeks, we’re proud to announce that belboon is now part of the Linehub collective… For our partners, this means above all: continuity meets new opportunities.”

The network, which has operated for over 20 years, emphasised that existing programmes and technology will remain in place, with familiar contacts continuing to support advertisers and publishers.

The integration promises “stable programs – with plenty of new growth opportunities,” backed by the scale and infrastructure of the Linehub ecosystem.

Linehub, which operates a portfolio of performance marketing and tech companies across Europe, welcomed belboon as part of its broader strategy to deepen its presence in the German market. CEO Marko Dobroschelski commented, “We’re rapidly expanding in Germany by joining forces with belboon and Daisycon – following a proven blueprint for success.”

The announcement comes as a relief to partners impacted by the insolvency proceedings of belboon’s parent company, detailM GmbH.

While the full financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed, the acquisition appears to secure belboon’s operations and offers a pathway forward for its network of affiliates, advertisers, and agency partners.

With fresh backing and strategic alignment, belboon’s future is once again looking optimistic.
