Tiffany Matloob manages the Shorts CPMs (Community Partner Managers) at YouTube and has built the foundation for identifying today's emerging talent on Shorts. Her work focuses on amplifying these rising stars through access to opportunities that expand creator connections, guide creators on YouTube and Shorts, and empower creators to own their YouTube experience.

Having previously held leadership roles at Instagram, and TikTok, as well as founding and running an agency that connects talent with brands, Tiffany holds great knowledge and passion for the creator space.
