Ryan Hudson, Co-Founder of Honey and Founder of Pie, has now launched a new venture: ZeroClick.
It’s described simply as the ‘ad network for AI.’
“We created an ad system that integrates directly into AI assistants' reasoning processes so ads are considered in real time as answers are formed,” Hudson wrote on LinkedIn. “The result is context that reaches people with relevance, transparency, and genuine usefulness.”
Advertisers choose keywords, and ZeroClick works with AI developers to surface their content contextually inside answers, monetising AI results as they’re generated.
So far, ZeroClick has secured $55 million in funding from an investor group that includes Anthos, Ludlow, Anfa, Wonder, Protagonist, and founder Ryan Hudson. It is the same investor group that backed Honey some years ago.
The platform claims to have already amassed 10,000 advertisers and can connect them to a network of “millions of users.”
Despite its relative infancy, the AI advertising space has already become fiercely competitive, with multiple platforms vying to become the definitive partner.
Kontext, a contextual ad platform with a similar offering, raised $10 million last month.
What’s particularly interesting about ZeroClick is the potential for affiliate integrations. Hudson has an extensive background in affiliate marketing. The platform does provide cashback opportunities to enhance certain results.
