Tom Cooper-Smith rejoins Influencer as VP of Creative Operations, EMEA
Tom Cooper-Smith, formerly TikTok’s Creative Product Lead, has returned to Influencer to lead creative operations across EMEA.
TikTok is one of Influencer's biggest partners, alongside other major platforms like YouTube, Snap, and Meta. At TikTok, Cooper-Smith led the European launch of Symphony Creative Studio and ran the Creator Marketplace across EMEA. He now aims to scale Influencer’s creator-first strategy across creative, media, production, and measurement.
Malte Landwehr exits idealo, joins Peec AI as CMO
After five years leading SEO at idealo, Malte Landwehr has left to become CMO at Peec AI, a startup focused on Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO).
On LinkedIn, Landwehr said, "I spent the last 5 years leading one of the strongest SEO machines in Europe. Now I am leaving my cushy 6-figure corporate job to bet my career on a startup.”
He continued, “SEO used to be the most powerful user acquisition channel. GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) will be 100x more impactful. Users trust AI answers. With GEO you are not limited to acquiring customers. You can directly influence the perception of a product or brand. At scale. Sometimes within days."
Keith MacArtney joins Reddit as Senior Client Partner, App Dev Sales
Keith MacArtney has joined Reddit as Senior Client Partner on the App Dev Sales team.
Previously, he served in multiple senior roles at Fluent, where he was shortlisted for Rising Star at the Performance Marketing Awards. Later, he joined Interest Media as VP of Mobile Partnerships.

Brian Gleason named CEO of Seedtag
Brian Gleason has become Seedtag’s new CEO, taking over from Founders Jorge Poyatos and Albert Nieto, who will move into innovation and advisory roles.
Gleason, who has held senior roles at Criteo, GroupM, [m]PLATFORM, and Xaxis, said:
