MSL, Publicis Groupe’s premier PR agency, has released new data focused on the moments, milestones, and barriers in a diverse creator’s journey in 2023.
One major finding identified that while 73% of white influencers will have landed their first paid engagement within a year, just 46% of BIPOC talent will reach the same milestone – a delay that ultimately impedes their long-term success.
The new research comes as a follow-up to MSL’s ongoing research into creator diversity and pay equity work, ‘Time to Face the Influencer Pay Gap’.
