Millie Webber was still studying at university when she jumped at the opportunity to start working at pioneering influencer marketing and talent agency, Gleam Futures. Having always had a keen interest in the content creator space, dreaming of one day having a career in the field, Millie was thrilled to have landed a position managing talent at Gleam, just aged 20, eventually working her way up the position of Talent Director.

Millie was able to support new talent coming through the door, as well as existing talent on the roster that wanted to explore podcasting – “Talent and managers could lean on me to have that initial conversation about the podcast industry.” Millie explained.
