Digital marketing pioneer, Jacques Van Niekerk, Global CEO of Edisen, has joined Incubeta as non-executive board director to help in continuing to meet the growing demands of the agency’s clients and partners.

Incubeta started the year with major changes to its leadership team. Having recently been acquired by global investment firm, Carlyle, the hire of Jaques is the next step towards the company’s ongoing development strategy across its four business pillars: business management, growth acceleration, business enablement, and people.

Jacques brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge to Incubeta’s talent roster. Having built a strong digital marketing portfolio over the past 30 years, Jacques is able to bring his strategic knowledge and experience to the team, noting that “the innovation and value Incubeta brings to the industry has been exciting to watch.”
