Retail-focused ad network SourceKnowledge has been acquired by mrge, the global commerce advertising platform. The strategic deal increases mrge’s presence in North America, and brings SourceKnowledge’s programmatic technology to mrge’s existing retailer and publisher clients. Patrick Hopf, President of SourceKnowledge, said, “We are incredibly proud of the growth that we’ve achieved on our own to date and excited to accelerate that as part of mrge.”

Also looking to expand its presence in a key market, global partnership agency Acceleration Partners appointed Florian Jetzlsperger as Market Lead Germany. The hire reflects the company’s continued growth in Europe. Jetzlsperger will be focused on cultivating Acceleration Partners’ presence in the European region further. Possessing extensive experience in the German market, having served as the Head of Sales and Account Team at MYBESTBRANDS, working with leading premium and luxury fashion brands, Jetzlsperger is perfectly positioned to deliver this growth.
