ShopMy, the curated commerce infrastructure company, has raised $70 million in a funding round valuing the business at $1.5 billion.
The round was led by Avenir, with participation from Bain Capital Ventures, Bessemer Venture Partners, and Menlo Ventures, alongside strategic individuals including Sofia Richie, Gregg Renfrew, Raissa Gerona, Alex Mondre of AGM Ventures, and creators Aimee Song and Jacopo Moschin.
ShopMy provides a fully integrated marketing system connecting brands, tastemakers, and consumers.
Its platform is designed for sustainable growth rather than short-term campaigns. Initially serving individual creators, the platform has since expanded to include brands and now directly engages consumers.
“ShopMy is fundamentally a bet on authenticity and that lasting brand value comes through curation and taste over ads and algorithmic recommendations,” said CEO Harry Rein. “We’re enabling consumers to discover and buy the world’s best products.”
The platform has demonstrated rapid growth: it now facilitates over $1 billion in annual sales, works with more than 185,000 hand-picked curators, and partners with over 1,200 premium brands.
Since launching its consumer platform in August, ShopMy has seen 30,000+ Circles created and 150,000+ products wishlisted. Circles replace algorithmic feeds with personalised recommendations from trusted curators. The business has achieved 200% revenue growth year over year and has maintained profitability since 2024.
“Word of mouth has always been the most powerful force in commerce,” said President Tiffany Lopinsky. “We’re building the infrastructure to make it scalable. Curators are the future of brand distribution for the next generation of enduring companies.”
Andrew Sugrue, Founder of Avenir, added: “ShopMy has cracked the code on creator commerce for elevated brands without diluting their positioning. Their explosive growth in 2025 demonstrates a fundamentally better way for commerce to work.”
Founded in 2020 by Rein, Lopinsky, and Chris Tinsley, ShopMy continues to expand its multi-curator model, positioning itself as a key player in the creator-led commerce landscape.
