This March 26th, we’re bringing together some of the best minds in the industry to brainstorm, network and…level up.
The day will kick off with a keynote from CEO, Strategist, and best-selling author Amy Kean, sharing a powerful message: lean into the weird.
Kean’s keynote will be a clarion call to challenge conformity, setting the tone for the day ahead: an afternoon jam-packed with out-of-the-box thinking and creativity.
Confidence and clarity
For those looking to step into their most confident self, Simon Hares, Founder and Managing Director of SerialTrainer7 Ltd., will be on hand to show you how at our first workshop.
Centred around mastering negotiations and maximising outcomes, the workshop will imbue attendees with the confidence to navigate tough talks to achieve results, whether that’s new partnerships or boosting revenue.
And if cold outreach gives you the fear, Hares is back at the close of the day with a keynote to take you step by step through how to approach it with confidence and clarity.
Looping-in LinkedIn
Running in parallel is a session by MAVERRIK’s Dean Seddon, and it’s all about optimising your LinkedIn outreach.
With algorithmic changes leading to confusion and strategy recalibration, Seddon, the LinkedIn wizard himself, will guide attendees through how to make the most of their personal brand, paired with some insider top tips that will keep you and your team ahead of the curve.
Front-runner leadership frameworks
Leading a team isn’t always easy, but with the right tools, you can unlock the adaptability to rebound from challenges and turn mistakes into mastery.
Led by Suzanna Chaplin, Co-Founder and CEO of esbconnect, this next session will provide you with practice tips and exercises to grow your leadership skills and develop the resilience to overcome obstacles.
Attendees can expect practical frameworks for making confident decisions without perfect information, communicating clearly under pressure, and turning ambiguity into momentum.
“I’ll be speaking candidly about the mistakes I’ve made, the moments of self-doubt that every leader experiences, and what it really takes to inspire confidence when the path isn’t clear,” she adds.
Optimising your AI approach
AI integration has ramped up in recent years, but that doesn’t mean its rapid growth has been accompanied by clear training or guidance on how to use it.
Our session, Sharpen Your Edge with AI & Vibe Coding, led by Awin’s Director of Artificial Intelligence Strategy and APMA AI Taskforce Lead James Bentley, will clue you in on how to use AI responsibly and confidently, levelling up your performance and planning.
Relationships and conflict resolution
Our industry is contingent on strong relationships; strategies for building and maintaining them are the linchpin of the channel’s success.
Our workshop session with Maira Genovese, Founder and CEO of MG Empower, will take the microscope to these methods, highlighting what works and how to build psychological safety that drives performance.
"High-performing relationships don't avoid tension. They know how to use it,” says Genovese. “Under pressure, relationships either fracture or strengthen, and the difference lies in how early you act. I've led through growth, acquisition, and rebuild, and one truth remains: trust is your most valuable asset.”
In this session, Genovese will share practical tools to protect that trust and turn difficult moments into strategic advantage.
Turning influence into aligned action
Our last — and until now — secret sixth session is led by Tanya Larsen, Co-Founder of sustainability benchmarking platform, questionZERO.
Larsen’s workshop, The Art of Stakeholder Mapping, zones in on practical stakeholder mapping across both internal departments and partner organisations.
Getting involved in the session will give you the inside scoop on how to identify influence, decode motivations, and anticipate friction, so you’ll be able to confidently drive progress without relying on formal hierarchy.
