Last year was a big one for Upsellit. The technology provider scooped three awards at the US Partnership Awards (USPAs) — including gold in the Best Technology and Telecoms Partnership category — and also celebrated its 20th anniversary.
Here, Jeremy Aaronson, Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Upsellit, walks through what the win meant for the team and his top tips for a successful USPA submission.
The steps to a successful submission
The US Partnership Awards (USPAs) is the industry’s opportunity to spotlight excellence, from small-scale innovators creating big impact to industry behemoths demonstrating what it means to deliver as a team.
This year, the awards introduce nine new categories, everything from Best Use of AI/Automation to Cardlinked Offer Campaigns, in recognition of the evolution of and innovation within the industry.
For those eyeing a submission, deep category analysis and clear communication are key.
According to Aaronson, the submission process is a chance to focus on the impact of your work.
“Approach the submission as an opportunity to tell the story of your work in a clear, compelling way,” said Aaronson.
The CRO advised that when taking on a submission, be thorough: “...highlight the results that make your campaigns stand out, and focus on what differentiates your approach.”
But the submission process isn’t just about securing a win. It’s also an opportunity for introspection and campaign reflection.
“Treat it as a learning exercise each year. Refining your entry helps you better understand your own impact and pushes your work to higher standards.”
Elevating company credibility
Upsellit’s gold-winning submission, a collaboration with CenturyLink and Quantum Fiber, demonstrated to the judges strong strategic adaptability, while showing how technology can help telecom brands scale.
And the win was a big deal, Aaronson said.
“Winning a USPA has helped position us as a recognised leader in our field,” he outlined, adding that it has strengthened the company’s credibility with both current and prospective clients.
“Being recognised alongside other industry leaders gives us a platform to amplify our work and demonstrate the value we bring to client programs,” he said.
And if you want to get your work in front of the judges' eyes, but thought you’d missed the boat, we’ve got good news.
The entry submission deadline has been extended to 9th March 2026.
