Global influencer marketing platform Later has acquired the Mavely platform for $250 million. The deal was funded by the global growth equity investor, Summit Partners.
The integration of Mavely’s tech into the Later platform will provide greater full-funnel capabilities. Clients can now execute end-to-end creator marketing campaigns from awareness to conversion.
Moreover, Later’s AI predictive analytics now have access to Mavely’s expansive network of first-party performance data from over 120,000 creators. These creators have driven over $1 billion in gross merchandising volume (GMV) across more than 1,400 major brands, including the likes of Nike, Anthropologie, Lululemon, Macy’s and Adidas.
