Global partner marketing platform Admitad has appointed Anna Gidirim as its new CEO.
Formerly serving as Head of Admitad, Gidirim has worked in multiple roles at the company across a period of over nine years. She joined in 2014 as Key Account Manager and has since taken on more and more responsibility, moving from Head of Publishers to Head of Affiliate Network, and now climbing all the way to CEO.
Gidirim succeeds Alexander Bachmann, who steered the helm for over a decade, before stepping into his new role as CEO of Mitgo – Admitad’s parent company, which launched earlier this year.
In her new role, Gidirim will be focusing on strengthening Admitad’s position as a global, leading platform, while also capitalising on emerging trends and technologies in affiliate marketing. Upon the launch of Mitgo, it was stated that Admitad would make the most of its new freedom by concentrating on independent pursuits, growing in different directions, and establishing itself in up-and-coming industries. It’s possible that we will see Gidirim make decisions that reflect this in the near future.
Last year, Gidirim was nominated for the esteemed ‘One to Watch’ award at the Global Performance Marketing Awards. Shortly after the ceremony, Gidirim spoke with Hello Partner about what she was most proud of in her career. She said, “I’ve been growing with Admitad for nine years now. I’m really proud of being part of that journey. When I entered the company, there were 35 employees, but now we have more than 800. We’ve grown so far and I'm really proud to have been here from the start.”
Clearly, Gidirim continues to be one to watch in the world of partnerships and a significant part of Admitad’s journey. We look forward to watching Admitad progress under her leadership.
