Influencer Marketing Agency Digital Voices announced last night that it has been acquired by PMG. This marks the fourth acquisition from the independent media agency following its purchase of Momentum Commerce last year.

The move comes as creator marketing continues to accelerate, with PMG, recently named MediaPost’s Independent Agency of the Year, pointing to the acquisition as a key step in expanding its influencer and creator-led capabilities.

Digital Voices was founded in 2017 by a 26-year-old Jennifer Quigley-Jones, who will stay on as CEO following the acquisition to lead the influencer practice. The agency will be folded into PMG’s operations and rebranded accordingly, with Quigley-Jones reporting directly to PMG CEO George Popstefanov.

Quigley-Jones told Hello Partner: “Joining PMG means multiplying the value we create for both creators and brands. The future of Influencer Marketing is about integrating creators into entire media plans – prioritising global scale, smart technology, and strong measurement. As part of PMG, we will innovate to build a more powerful Creator Economy.

“We are excited for our clients and team to unlock new opportunities powered by transformative tech, with the best-in-class client servicing Digital Voices is known for.”

Known for its technology-driven approach, Digital Voices has worked with brands including Adobe, General Mills, DoorDash, and Unilever. Its proprietary tools are designed to support influencer strategy, campaign execution, performance benchmarking, and predictive analytics at scale.

The agency employs roughly 70 people across New York, London, and Costa Rica.

“Creators have become an essential component of how brands drive growth, tell stories, and generate commerce,” said Popstefanov. “Digital Voices adds proven expertise, strong technology, and a team that aligns well with our culture and vision.”
