Last Wednesday, our CreatorFest Conference Producer Mollie Leach was joined by Beckii Flint and Carol Driver for a LinkedIn Live session all about cancel culture and crisis management.

Flint, Co-Founder of Pepper Agency, and Driver, PR Expert and Journalist, delved into how brands and creators can protect themselves in times of public crisis, when reputations are on the line.

"Don't wait for a crisis to hit and find yourself in the middle of firefighting. Proof every part of your campaign before it goes live, check your talent, run scenarios of what could go wrong, and make responses for that," Carol told Hello Partner.

"Give creators context into your projects, which is something brands can do so easily, so they can have a clearer understanding," Beckii warned.
