Kochava, a leading provider of real-time data solutions for omnichannel attribution and measurement, has announced the appointment of Peter Naylor to its board of directors. Naylor brings over 20 years of experience in advertising sales and media strategy, having held senior roles at Netflix, Snap, Hulu, and NBCUniversal.
Most recently, Naylor served as Vice President of Advertising Sales at Netflix, where he led the launch of the company’s first advertising business. Throughout his career, he has built and scaled advertising strategies and teams across digital and broadcast platforms, helping to drive innovation and revenue growth.

In his new role, Naylor will contribute strategic guidance to support Kochava’s ongoing innovation and market expansion. His experience aligns with the company’s mission to deliver outcome-driven media solutions, leveraging real-time data to help brands measure performance and maximise return on investment.

Naylor has also been recognised for his contributions to the industry, receiving the IAB’s Lifetime Achievement Award for his 22 years of board service. He previously served on the board of the Online Publishers Association, advocating for publishers and helping to shape industry standards.
His addition to Kochava’s board underscores the company’s commitment to expanding its leadership in data-driven advertising and measurement.
