Revolve Group is facing a proposed nationwide class action lawsuit accusing the company and a slate of affiliated influencers of misleading marketing practices.
Plaintiff Ligia Negreanu has filed a complaint against the company on behalf of herself and fellow Revolve shoppers in which she alleges that the e-commerce fashion brand has created a marketing campaign that relies on unmarked influencer endorsements that she claims violate both federal and state consumer protection laws.
