Tip of the Week

Stay at the top of your game

Remember to get some proper rest over the holiday period.

Recent data from the Movchan Agency showed that 54% of individuals continue to work while on vacation or holiday.

While this might seem harmless and productive, just keeping on top of things; it is more likely detrimental to overall energy levels and could lead to burnout.

According to Stagwell, 75% of employees report improved mental & physical health after fully switching off over the holidays, and 46% report boosts in productivity upon returning to work.

So, enjoy the vacation, whatever you're up to, and be sure to give yourself a real break. See you in the new year!
