Gleam Futures – the agency that is behind the likes of Zoella and Tanya Burr – is launching its own full-service talent management arm for those that started their entertainment career on mainstream platforms and have evolved to include digital as a core focus.
Gleam Entertainment marks the agency’s tenth anniversary and comes off the back of the launch of Gleam Solutions last year, and more recently, Gleam Studios – an in-house creative and production arm, which creates and delivers content across TV, radio, podcast, print and outdoor.
The roster of talent already on the books includes 2020 Love Island winner Paige Turley, Loose Women Presenter Nadia Sawalha, and Made in Chelsea star Miles Nazaire. The new division will aim to diversify the talents’ careers online and better align this with their offline careers.
“We are truly excited to launch this new division within Gleam Futures. To be able to offer our expertise and knowledge in digital-first management, to talent whose background or profile has been established often by television, the mainstream press and traditional media, makes me very proud,” said Dominic Smales, CEO of Gleam Futures. The talent will be provided with
strategic career advice, digital content development, social media best practice, brand partnerships, publishing broadcast booking and guidance, and in partnership with leading publicity team Belle PR, mainstream media and profiling opportunities. “The power of digital platforms including social media in the entertainment business has evolved to a point whereby our specialist skills are now highly relevant and applicable across the whole celebrity and talent industry,” continued Smales.
