The IMAs champion all the hard work that brands, agencies, and individuals do to push the influencer marketing industry forward. From show-stopping campaigns, creative planning and smashing KPIs, to innovative technology platforms and slick agencies; the IMAs aims to reward the best of the best. Past trophy winners include Renault, Ogilvy, MediaCom, Nivea for Men, and NET-A-PORTER. We are excited to announce some new enhancements and changes to the 2020 awards, which will be held in March 2020 in central London.
New categories revealed
Based on your feedback, the team behind the IMAs has addedthree new categories
to the mix. These includeBest Cause-Led Campaign
, which will recognise the likes of charities, non-governmental organisations, public bodies or others that have worked with the likes of charities to help a client raise awareness of a local or global cause.The team knows that gaming is such a huge part of the industry and is only growing, so has also added the
Best Gaming Campaign
category. It will go to those that can demonstrate effective use of gaming and gaming platforms within influencer marketing for a specific brand campaign. Lastly, theBest Small Budget Campaign
will award a campaign that’s been smartly executed within tight budget constraints of no more than $10,000 or less (or equivalent local currency). In addition, all of the technology awards are now required to submit a video demo of the tool or platform so judges can have a greater insight into their offering and you can show off what you do best.Rising star update
This year, the popular Rising Star award – which was awarded to Alex Burgess from Goat Agency in 2019 – will have no age limit and will instead be open to candidates that have less than six years’ industry experience. The Rising Star prices have decreased but no self-nominations are allowed.What can you enter?
With 28 categories programmed, a diverse panel of influencer experts from around the globe will discuss and debate each entry and depending on merit, will award a Bronze, Silver or Gold award.The Vertical Awards cover a wide spectrum of sectors, includingBest Home & Garden Campaign
