Stay at the top of your game
AI is a mystifyingly powerful tool, to the extent that we don't even fully understand it yet. We're probably not even close. And as we try to wrap our heads around it, it only continues to get better.
While it is a vital and valuable tool for marketers, affiliates, creators â pretty much anyone â working today, don't use it as a crutch.
At least, that is what new research from Lily Ray suggests, which arrives from a poll of 1,572 total respondents, answering whether they care bout reading AI content.
Overwhelmingly, the response was that people do not enjoy reading AI-generated content (75%). That is, when they can tell it has been written by AI.
If you think of it like cooking, having AI help you with content is a bit like having a robot chef who can prepare pretty basic meals for you in a few seconds. Meat and potatoes. You could serve this bland dish to dinner guests, or you could use the extra time you now have to exalt this dish to higher levels. Throw in all the seasoning, get creative with herbs. Even make a cocktail on the side.
The point is: readers can tell when content is lazy. While AI is an excellent tool, remember to add some humanity to the final product.
