We're back! On a new day too. Welcome to the Tuesday edition of Affiliate Pulse. It feels cooler. Earlier. Setting your week off right. The etymology of Tuesday traces back to Tiw - the Norse God of 'Heroic Glory'. That sounds like a good omen.

Before we crack on with the news, we want to bring your attention to our newly launched storefront for sponsorship placements in this newsletter. Fancy seeing your logo emblazoned at the top here? With bespoke copy and a CTA to boot? Or perhaps you'd like to be featured as our Technology of the Week?

We have several (highly cost-effective) options for your perusal on our storefront here. It's self-service and you can even book your slot via a calendar to align with important dates in your diary. We look forward to seeing you in this space!

Also, PI LIVE Europe tickets will be increasing in less than 24 hours. If you've not yet snagged your pass, make sure to do that now by securing it here. If you feel like living the high life this year (and you do deserve it) consider upgrading to a VIP pass for all kinds of glamorous benefits, which you can read more about here.

On with the news.

Affiliates Are Seeing Big Results on TikTok Shop

TikTok Shop is proving to be phenomenal for affiliates, but falling short of expectations for brands.

Still, there are some brands out there generating millions in revenue per month. Bottom line is: there's serious money being made via affiliate marketing on TikTok Shop right now, and it's worth checking it out.

Tip of the Week

Stay at the top of your game

Don't fall into the trap of 'CRM stuffing'.

This is a term coined by Simon Delaney and Alexander Higson. It means stuffing your CRM full of fake, pointless leads that won't generate any revenue for your business - ever.

Back at CJU24, they led a session on how to avoid this. Delaney posted the tips to LinkedIn. You need to:

1) Make sure your lead is a real person.

2) Understand what you're able to do with their data.

3) Be confident that they can be your customer.

Focusing on clean, useful data will bring far better results than high volumes of largely useless data. In fact, over a third of leads are generally bots. Watch out for this and stay diligent in your effort to build a base of valuable leads.
