SaaS platform, Impact, has today announced the acquisition of ACTIVATE, an end-to-end SaaS platform in the influencer industry for influencer discovery and campaign management.
Impact’s Partnership Cloud automates and simplifies the process of discovering, recruiting, onboarding, optimising and reporting across all types of partnerships so now, with ACTIVATE’s capabilities, clients can further succeed in discovering creators and managing influencer partnerships. Together with Impact’s existing influencer platform partners, the combined offering will include over 300K opt-in qualified and vetted influencers. For the ACTIVATE community, influencers will have more opportunities to work with global brands. Partners will get paid reliably thanks to Impact’s automated contracting and flexible payment processing.
