Could Ad Disclosure Rules Derail Molly-Mae’s Brand?

I’m sure I don’t need to remind many of you about the ASA scandal Grace Beverley faced this year when the agency decided she failed to disclose ads for her brand TALA. Well, I - and many in the industry - are now wondering if Molly-Mae could face the same problem for her brand Maebe. The Love Island star turned influencer has been promoting her clothing brand nonstop on her Instagram, but ‘#ad’ seems to be missing from these posts.

However, one sentence in the ASA ruling could mean she doesn’t face the same problem as Grace Beverley. Be sure to click the link above to find out more and let us know your thoughts.

Join the Conversation on LinkedIn - How Will YouTube's New Features Impact Creators?

Last week's newsletter focused on one of YouTube's latest features: 'Hype'.

Hype wasn't the only feature to be announced, with YouTube sharing a range of new updates and features coming to the platform.

You can read more about these features here, but for those who don't know, Hype is a feature designed to help small creators grow their audience, by engaging their existing community. It seems like one of the most promising updates from the video platform, and here at Hello Partner, we're not the only ones who think so.

Jake Kitchiner, co-founder at ChannelCrawler, polled his LinkedIn community on what new YouTube feature they believed would have the most impact, and Hype was the clear winner.

What are your thoughts on YouTube's new features?
