Creator of the Week

Every week we want to highlight a creator that is doing exceptional work. Whether they’ve started a new trend or sparked important conversations, it’s important to recognise the incredible individuals who help make up this industry.

This week we’re highlighting Izzie Rodgers, who won Content Creator of the Year at last week’s Global Influencer Marketing Awards.

Her work as a creator has addressed a range of topics including mental health, relationships, and authenticity. Working with brands such as Sol de Janeiro and Dove, her long-term partnerships and inspiring content make her a standout creator.

On the night, we spoke with Izzie, who shared with us some of her favourite parts of being a creator, you can watch our interview below.

New Top 30 List
This week we launched our new Top 30 list, this time around we want to hear about your favourite influencer technologies.

Technological innovations are helping the creator economy reach new heights. Whether it be campaign management platforms or scheduling tools, we want you to nominate the innovative technologies at the heart of this industry.

Make sure to let us know you’re #HPTop30InfluencerTech by the 12th of August!

Creator Economy Election?

With President Joe Biden announcing last week that he would no longer be seeking a second term in office, his Vice President, Kamala Harris, was quick to launch her campaign for the nomination.

Her campaign has been a hit with Gen Z, through its smart tapping of online culture, helping spark conversation and support for Harris.

Whilst it's only the early days of Harris' campaign, her digital strategy is showing that the 2024 election could be centred around creators and the creator economy, as well as teach brands a thing or two about how to use online pop culture to your advantage.

What role do you think the creator economy and social media will play in the US election?
